Let’s say you’ve got your images and your floor plans...   then there is the site plan and area map... possibly even an animation or two...   as well as the standard information that you would be putting in your brochures for each house, the development and other details that would be available in the design center/model home. You can put ALL of this information onto a CD or DVD with a complete menu system customized for you.   Why would I need a CD or DVD? There are a number of reasons WHY you would use this delivery system and a number of reasons to use it. First, consider the cost of printing all of the information available in your sales center. You’ve got brochures for all of your house models not to mention the various options that you may have available to your buyer. Printing all of this collateral can end up being very expensive. Your customer can select what brochures they would like to review at home - OR... they could go home with a DVD that shows ALL of the model homes as well as floor plans and any other info you would like your customer to have. We can create custom DVD’s (or CD’s) with a full-color silk-screened label, standard DVD clanmshell case and full cover exterior - $1k for 1000 DVD’s plus the cost of creating the menu system and implementing the various pieces of information that will be on your DVD. The cost to create this menu system depends on what you plan on putting in your DVD and the number of alterations - anywhere from $200 up to $750.
